NAGA products undergo strict quality control; we, therefore, give a lifetime warranty on all board surfaces in a glass. The guarantee does not apply in case of misuse, improper use or other uses than as board mounted indoor on walls. The warranty can only be honored if the customer can show the original receipt. The customer must return the defect board to NAGA, who can either exchange the board for a new one or refund the sales price. In addition to the above mentioned the customer's statutory right of complaint applies.
